I'm Zach Schlacht, and I work under the ZachSold brand at Real Estate One in Southgate. I earned my Michigan real estate license in 2020 and advanced to associate broker — a license tier above sales agent that requires additional education, experience, and state examination.

Most of my work happens Downriver: Allen Park, Southgate, Wyandotte, Trenton, Riverview, Woodhaven, Brownstown, Grosse Ile, and the communities along the Detroit River. I also represent buyers and sellers across Metro Detroit, from Livonia and Northville to Novi, South Lyon, and Brighton.

Three things define how I work. First, targeted marketing: I put listings in front of the specific buyers most likely to purchase them, and I show sellers exactly who responded. Second, real negotiation: when offers come in, I work them against each other for your bottom line rather than just forwarding the stack. Third, tax transparency: Michigan property taxes uncap when a home sells, and I run buyers' real future tax numbers before they write an offer — not after they get the bill.
